At Wayanad Lakeshore Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and the resort.

Booking Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 7 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund of the advance amount.
• Cancellation made within 7 days of the check-in date: The advance amount may be retained as cancellation charges.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Date Modification

Guests may request a change of dates, subject to room availability and management approval.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Special Packages & Group Bookings

Cancellation terms for honeymoon packages, group tours, corporate outings, and special promotional offers may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking. For any cancellation or modification requests, please contact us directly.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 Noon
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Guest Identification

It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.

Accepted ID proofs include:

• Aadhaar Card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Voter ID Card

Guests are requested to carry any one of the above documents to avoid inconvenience during check-in.

Foreign Nationals

All Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Foreign Nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa during check-in as per government regulations.

Age Requirement

The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into the resort.

Resort Rules

• Guests are requested to respect fellow guests and maintain a peaceful environment within the resort premises.
• Any damage caused to resort property by guests may be charged accordingly.
• The management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay in case of inappropriate behaviour, violation of resort policies, or activities that may disturb other guests.
• Swimming pool usage is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
